If you are a new patient to the practice, you can schedule your new patient visit by clicking on the link here
“Book an appointment”, the system will walk you through the steps of registering as our patient.
You will get a confirmation email once we receive your request, it will look like this:
Prior to your appointment you will come again to this link and select the Pre Registration on the bottom left “New to Practice”
This will allow you to enter in the registration information and do a seamless check in on your appointment day.
You can log in with your username and password, or using the mobile phone number registered to the account.
If you wish to log in using your username and password, but cannot remember your username and password, you can click ‘Trouble logging in’ below the password box, and will be brought to the account recovery screen. You will need to fill out the patient’s first and last name and their date of birth, then click Submit. An email with the login details will be sent to the email address registered with your account.
If you choose to log in using your phone number, you must fill out the patient’s first and last name and their date of birth, then click Submit. A verification code will be sent to your phone number, and you can enter that code to log in.
When your appointment is booked, Healow will automatically send you a link to complete questionnaires and consents.
Healow is the HIPAA-secure app that allows for mobile access to your Patient Portal. It is available in both the App Store for iPhone users and Google Play for Android users.
All aspects of the Patient Portal can be accessed through the app, including messages, referrals, health records, test results, upcoming appointments, health questionnaires, and educational information.
